Return and Refund policy

Please keep us informed before any action in regards to returns or refunds.

By contacting us, you'll receive a RETURN LABEL which helps you to return or exchange items with a fee of back shipping if your request is within 30 days of receipt of the order and meets those below requirements:

If you decide that an item isn't the right fit for you, send us an email at support@nbstorecollections.com and claim a return request.

*To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)

* Please note that the 30 days timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not the order as a whole. You may have different return windows if your order arrives in multiple shipments.

We will send you back the RETURN LABEL, which will help you send us back the purchase with a return shipping fee.

Each FREE RETURN LABEL (to help you send back to purchase with a return shipping fee) is valid for one order only. Please understand that you cannot request multiple times for only one order.

Refund Requirements:

Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment. It could take 5-8 business days to issue your refund and for your account to be accredited.

Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
